Humanities:
- Due Fri., 10/14: For homework tonight, write a reflection from the perspective of your character. Write a full page about what you are happy about, what you are disappointed about, and what you could have done to change the outcomes. Write down what surprised you and what made you mad.
Then add another page from the real you. What went well? What didn't? What would you do differently next time? What was realistic? What wasn't? How should I change it for the next time I teach it?

- Due Fri., 10/14: p. 148, #25-35 odds, p. 150, #57, 58, 59, and p. 157, #33-41 odds.
Show your work as we did in class and as is modeled on the sample sheet I gave you. From here on out, assignments will not be accepted without work shown.
- These problems expect you are comfortable with basic arithmetic using negative numbers, absolute values and the distributive property. If you need a little review on any of these, see the following chapters:
- 2.2 (p.72) and 2.3 (p. 79): Addition & Subtraction with Negatives and Absolute Values
- 2.5 (p. 93) and 2.7 (p. 108): Multiplication & Division with Negatives and Absolute Values
- 2.6: Distributive Property (p. 100)
