You must have an independent reading book every day. If you are getting close to the end of one, have the next one at school and ready to go. Math: 7th Grade:
  • Due Tue., 11/10: Complete 4.1 (about the return van trip from Williamsburg to Philadelphia) on p. 50-51 of CMP book - part (a) only. You'll make your own table and graph on separate paper.
8th Grade:
  • Due Tue., 11/12: Complete 3.2, parts (a), (d) and parts of (b) not completed (everything but the tables), on p. 39 of CMP book, continuing exploration of proposed walkathon pledge plans. Write in complete, edited sentences.
Social Studies:
  • None assigned.
Science:
  • Due Tue., 11/10: Revise the "Shackleton to Ice Core" summary if it was handed back today, either typed or neatly handwritten on a separate sheet of paper.

    1. Read to the end of the book (Chs. 14-17, 44 pages or about 15 pages/day)
    2. For each chapter, on white, lined paper, compose a chapter title. In one or two sentences, explain why you chose that title. Quality is expected.
