The Prisms' Coffeehouse Ticket Order Form

Ticket Order Form The Prisms’ Coffeehouse Friday, March 6, 2009 from 7:00-9:30 P.M. at the Williamsburg Grange Order tickets for the 9th annual Prisms’ Coffeehouse fundraiser! This spring we are planning two separate field trips to Boston that support our curricular studies. However, we need your support to make these plans a reality. The Coffeehouse is not only a fundraiser but also a GREAT family evening. This year we will not be serving a dinner. However, we will be featuring delectable desserts, refreshing beverages, and engaging entertainment put on by the Prisms and their families. Another change this year is that raffle items will be services by the Prisms. These will range from dog washing & grooming to birthday party helper to guitar lessons for beginners. There will be door prizes, too! It’s easy to reserve a place. Just return this form with a check made out to HCCPS and place both into the Coffeehouse folder in the office. (On the check please note the monies are for the Prisms’ Coffeehouse.) Your tickets will be delivered directly to your mailbox unless you specify otherwise. What could be simpler? Advance sales are important because they enable us to know how many refreshments we need. Tickets will also be on sale near the school’s main entrance before and after school beginning on Thursday, Feb. 26th, until they are all sold. A limited number may be on sale at the door as well, but the Grange can only hold a certain number of people. (Historically, we have always sold out and some families have been disappointed in not being able to attend.) Ticket prices are: $5 per adult, $4 per kid (up to 14 years old), OR $20 maximum per immediate family. Please fill out the following ticket ordering information to accompany your check.
