Language Arts Assigned today: Due Tuesday, 3/24, show your science poem to parent, and have parent sign the completed release form for contest. Return both to school. Previously assigned/still due: None Math Reminder: Everyone must have their own calculator at school. Assigned today: 7th Grade: Due Tuesday, 3/24, complete the assignment on lab sheet 7.4. Follow the directions in the margin of the labsheet. (Covering and Surrounding). Due Wednesday, 3/25, complete Math's Mate Term 3, Sheet 3. 8th Grade: Due Tuesday, 3/24, do 3.1 on p. 28. You may use your "Key" to help find areas of tilted squares. Otherwise, use the strategy reviewed in class today - inscribe a tilted square in an upright square, find negative space, etc. All computing is to be shown (Looking for Pythagoras).
