The Geothermal Ramifications of Dinosaur Farts

A team of British biologists theorize that giant, herbivorous dinosaurs like Apatosaurus, pictured above, could have created, by farting alone, 250% of the greenhouse gasses currently being produced by humans over the course of a year. 1. Write a quadratic equation in standard form: ax²+bx+c=0
2. Factor the ax²+bx+c expression
3. Use the factored form to find both solutions (x-intercepts).
You must show some kind of check that demonstrates your factorization works. You will not get credit for solutions based on faulty factorization.
