Mindfulness lesson 2:  

1. Continue the home practice of mindful breathing before starting homework (from the guideline sheet given out in the first class).  

2. Try to notice your thoughts at least once a day.

When you play the sound file you will here me reading a sentence followed by a bell sound, once you hear the bell sound you read out loud the sentence you just heard on the recording. 

Don't forget to also do the work sheet that is part of the home work.
