1. Continue experimenting with mindful breathing OR on focusing your attention on something else
2. Notice when unkind mind shows up
Mindfulness: lesson 3:
1. Pay attention to times when you are having an unpleasant experience and you wish things were different (example: a difficult homework assignment).
2. Notice if the feeling of wanting things to be different adds to the unpleasantness.
