• 7th Grade:  
• Quiz Thursday, 3/13 covering sections 5.1-5.4 in Chapter 5
• Due Tuesday, 3/11: Complete the practice quiz on p. 219, #1-10 (We will review these questions tomorrow, first thing!)

8th Grade:

Grace's Group: 

Due Tues., 3/11: Complete 6.2 Practice A, handed out in class today. Make sure you bring your Wheel of Theodorus back tomorrow.

John's Group: 

Quiz Thursday, 3/10 on applying the Quadratic Equation

Due Tuesday, 3/11: In you handout given in class today (pp. 470-473) read over the description of the protocol for "completing the Square" (whose rule we derived  in Class the last two days) - p. 470. Then, read through all three examples, so that you can do "On Your Own" questions 4-7, p. 471.
On p. 472-3, do Problems #18, 20, 25
