Eat Your Heart Out, Spirograph
Joseph Griffith's bike-powered drawing machine. In his artist's statement, Griffiths describes his hybrid art: "[My work seeks] to transcribe the living relationship between man and machine...simultaneously celebrating and denying the human touch. Directly engaging the audience in the creative cycle, my work seeks to reevaluate the human position in the technological equation, and realize the potential for art to permeate in everyday life."
