You must have an independent reading book every day. If you are getting close to the end of one, have the next one at school and ready to go. Math: 7th Grade:
  • Due Wed., 10/21: Complete #4 on p. 28-29 and #6 on p. 30 of CMP book according to directions. Show how you got your answers. Write responses in complete, edited sentences. Use relevant math vocabulary. You will need graph paper.
8th Grade:
  • Due Wed., 10/21:Complete #5 (parts a and c only) and #6 (all parts) on p. 26 of CMP book. Show how you got your answers. Write responses in complete, edited sentences. Use relevant math vocabulary. You will need graph paper.
Social Studies:
  • Due Wed., 10/21: The pg. 2 questions (handed out today) about the Solon/Democracy reading.
Science:
  • Due Wed., 10/21: Your finished pouch made from the felt we dyed
Language Arts:
  • Due Wed., 10/21:
    • Read Ch. 7 in Goddess of Yesterday (12 pages).
    • On white, lined paper, write four quiz questions that would be appropriate for a quiz I might give on Ch. 7 and answer them.
Spanish:
  • Correction: As stated in Deena's letter, and not in yesterday's homework blog, the Prisms' Día de los Muertos celebration will be at 6:00-7:30 PM on Friday, October 30 in the All-School Space.
